Absolutely! Your new Metal credit/debit card will work everywhere. You will have a full functioning metal card (EMV Chip & Magstripe) that you can swipe or insert.

Because these Metal cards are made entirely of Metal they will not work with contactless payment at this time. You will still be able to use contactless payments via your smart device.

We send back both your original plastic card along with your new metal card. It will no longer have the EMV chip as that will be transplanted on your new metal card.

Once your order has been placed, we get to work straight away on your new Metal credit/debit card design. We recommend sending you card using Express so you can always track it and avoid any delays. Once received your new custom card will be ready for postage within 1-2 days. From here will send both your old and your new Metal card with your choice of shipping.

Yes! your Metal card will work in all ATM machines. Your new Metal card should work everywhere your plastic card works. Since the only difference now is the housing for the EMV chip is no longer sitting your plastic card but a metal card.

If your card gets lost or stolen first thing to do is contact your card issuer as soon as possible. Treat this the same as you would your plastic card. If you purchased our Protection Insurance, we cover a one-time replacement metal card if your card is lost or stolen within 2 years or expires within the 1st year. After that each replacement has a small deductible determined at time of replacement.
